Our client is working with some fantastic clients, supporting them to develop their health & safety and wellbeing culture and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to extend.
This is a great opportunity to join them as you will work as part of the committed and talented team to deliver this programme for their prestigious, nationally significant client
Location: Farnborough Surrey (however, remote working and only required to be in the office 1 day a week)

**Salary**: Market related
The Project Manager will ensure that these projects meet defined quality, time, and cost criteria. The role requires project management capability, excellent organisation and relationship skills, flexibility to support the project at various levels and commercialacumen. The role reports to the Operations Manager and will work closely with the team and with senior contacts in the client group
Our ideal applicant will have/be;
- Undertake the hands-on project management of one of our clients' major projects, demonstrating exemplary project management skills.
- Oversee and support the management of the project, act as the first point of contact for the client, plan resources, identify skill set requirements and provide forecasting of future resource needs.
- In conjunction with the Account Director and Lead Consultants for the project develop detailed project plans and manage these plans ensuring they are up to date at all times.
- Provide administrative and client support throughout the lifecycle of the project to meet project objectives. The support will include logistics, project planning, and frequent contact with the client at senior levels.
- Keep abreast of the various workstreams identifying synergies and providing support across all workstreams.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to provide forecast information that can be used for business planning and provide an input to our clients' financial planning systems.
- Create and monitor the risk profile for the project and review this with the Account Director and Lead Consultants on a regular basis.
**Requirements**:

- Prince 2 Practitioner/Agile or PMP qualified or equivalent in Change Management.
- Extensive and demonstrable project management and project portfolio management experience including knowledge management and document control.
- Experience in managing multi-stream projects to large corporate clients.
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders in a major client business.
- The ability to effectively balance the proactive and reactive requirements of the role.
- Dedicated adherence to agreed deliverables and timescales.
- Strong service orientation to internal and external customers and excellent client relationship skills.
- Flexibility to provide support at different levels.
- Experience of financial / commercial project analysis including managing budgets and reporting.
- Demonstrable team leadership and team member skills; a collegiate approach with the ability to manage across functions and between teams.
- A methodical and logical thinker.
- Reliable with excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
