**Job Title**: Senior Sales consultant

**Site Location**:70 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 2BQ

**Reporting to**:Thomas Barnes

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

**Starting Salary**:22-25k starting, depending on experience

**Probation Period**: 6 months

**Commission**: 10% of deal value on completion. £75 per lettings onboarding instruction.

**The responsibilities of the role**:
Includes but is not limited to:

- Register and call back lettings leads
- Schedule viewings
- Conduct lettings viewings to source the best possible tenants for our clients
- Conduct viewing follow-ups
- Onboarding of new clients (landlords)
- Communicate with landlords from across the world with their best interests in mind at all times
- Work collaboratively with wider team
- Pre-marketing property inspections
- List properties onto the market portals
- Property valuations
- Processing offers; confirmation letters, sales memorandums
- Sales progression
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Negotiating price adjustments with landlords
- Generate contracts

**Key Skills Required**
- Previous Lettings/Sales industry experience - Essential
- Customer service/hospitality backgrounds ideal
- Hyper organized peoples person
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional service standards and communications essential
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent time keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to be adaptable
- Responding to a variety of client queries
- Willingness to learn and ability to prioritise is key
- Ambition is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
