Pickers and Packers

We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient individuals to join our team as Pickers and Packers. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing car parts, speakers, wheels, tools, and sound systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently locate and gather car parts, speakers, wheels, tools, and sound systems based on provided pick lists.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of picked items, verifying against the pick list and reporting any discrepancies.
- Safely and securely pack items for shipment, taking care to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and tidy warehouse by restocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.

Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a warehouse environment where you may be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects. Safety protocols and equipment will be provided.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
