We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Wash/Driver for our Drayton Motors Kia site in Boston.

We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 350 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturers we represent and have a passion for “driving excellence” in all that we do ensuring we connect with both

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Service Washing/Driving
- Ensure all Courtesy Cars are prepared and valeted to the highest of standards
- All cars booked in for work to be carried out to receive a wash and vacuum.
- Drive Company and customers vehicles courteously and safely, observing all speed and other restrictions.
- Engage with all customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the quality of materials used to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. Check the condition and safety of tools and equipment
- Adhere to all Health Safety policies and to report any health and safety issues to the Service Manager.
- Any other duties which might reasonably be requested.

- Confident individual who is comfortable interacting with the customers and staff
- A full and valid driving licence is essential
- Previous experience as a Valeter is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 44.5 per week
