As the Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team, our goal is to act as business thought partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global function with regional hubs, and are expanding our team.

As our newest Strategy Business Partner for our Global Gaming Monetisation Strategy & Operations team, you will be joining the team within the EMEA segment of our team. This role focuses on providing leading market insights and trends in our industry, as well as working cross functionally to enable our sales leaders and teams as experts on our entire sales cycle and processes.

**As part of this role, you will be**:

- Developing monetization strategy for the EMEA region by partnering with key stakeholders;
- Defining key performance metrics and setting KPIs to drive business growth;
- Tracking business progress, providing consistent optimization for business operations;
- Conducting market research, providing insights to the business team; and
- Collaborating with cross-functional & cross-regional teams to ensure effective cooperation

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a relevant environment, ideally in management consulting, sales operations or technology companies.
- Knowledge of digital advertising/Gaming industry is preferred.
- Fast-learner, self-starter with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Demonstrable analytical skills, ideally with experience of BI tools.
- Experience of interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights
