**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary:** Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.

**About The Company:
They are a Hexham-based plumbing & heating business which has developed an excellent reputation for the quality of its work and customer service over the past 80+ years.

Due to a significant expansion in their workload they urgently need to recruit electricians to work alongside their existing team to install and service a range of oil, natural gas, LPG, heat pumps (both ground and air source) and solar thermal/solar PV for domestic and commercial customers.

**Role & Requirements:
For the service engineers’ roles, you will need to have several years’ experience of servicing, fault-finding, maintaining and repairing gas and LPG boilers and domestic appliances and/or heat pumps.

For the installation roles they are ideally looking for time-served heating engineers who have experience of installing either oil or gas boilers or ground and air source heat pumps and who are capable of delivering high-quality work to customers who expect the very best in customer service. Their installation teams work across the whole range of plumbing and heating projects, from replacing a bath tap to the installation of commercial boiler rooms with a particular emphasis on heat pumps and renewable technologies.

Great communication skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service are prerequisites for all of these roles.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team with colleagues who are widely experienced and many of whom have been with the business since leaving school. The ethos of high-quality work and customer care extends throughout the company - our staff take a real pride in their work.

The company use a mobile app to allocate workload so the roles are primarily home-based, with occasional visits to the Hexham base to replenish stock and keep in touch with the rest of the team, but you will be home-based the majority of the time, travelling straight to jobs.
