Senior Bartender

**Job description**

We are looking for a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You must have a professional and driven attitude to continue the success of our bar. You will play a pivotal part in training the team to be skilled staff who deliver a great customer experience.

As a Bar Supervisor you will be given the opportunity and training to progress through our management team. Your teaching will cover the following:
Leading positively by example. Training and developing your team to achieve their personal best and exceed their customer expectations.

Improve service by anticipating changes and planning accordingly.

Assist in controlling the financial performance of their business and achieving agreed margins.

The business opening hours are 3pm-3am and 4pm-4am, with shift starting before and finishing after these times for essential set-up and clean-down procedures.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
