**We are looking for someone rare...a genuine multi-tasker, who has exceptional customer service skills, and a "can do" attitude.**

We are a small and boutique business centre in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Our tenants are all professional businesses and expect the highest standards of service.

The job on offer is quite varied; one minute you could be "house-keeping" and the next you could be managing the reception.

As the _house-keeper_, you will be required to:

- clean and tidy offices
- clean and tidy the communal areas
- clean and tidy the kitchen and the WC's
- maintain inventory in the kitchen and WC's

As the Assistant to the _management _, you will:

- manage reception
- meet & greet visitors
- answer in-coming calls in a professional manner
- deal with general tenants' requests
- order stationery and stocks
- make the day run smoothly

Our dress-code is smart casual but no sports wear (except footwear). People from a hospitality background will do exceptionally well, especially if you have hotel experience.

Our office hours are Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm. As the role is part-time (full-time possible) you will be required to work minimum of 20 - 25 hours per week.

Wages are paid weekly with full statutory holiday entitlement and optional company pension scheme.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
