**Wallace Contracts NI Limited are recruiting an additional team member for our Busy Front of House/Reception position in Bangor, Co Down.**

Excellent people skills, a confident competent telephone manner, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is essential. You will be proficient in diary management and all general administration skills. Attention to detail and experience in orderly working patterns is also essential.
- As part of a two person Front Desk Team your responsibilities will include:

- Telephone Call Making/Receiving/Passing
- Diary Management of Surveyors appointments and office calls
- Customer Contact - Strong competent communication skills are essential
- Monitoring and following up information in line with KPI’s and SLA’s
- Accurate and detailed record keeping
- Ordering Materials
- Interaction with Trades, Suppliers, Surveyors and Subcontractors

The position involves undertaking varied tasks in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail plus the ability to multitask and work as part of a team will be some of the fundamental skill requirements. This is an interesting and rewarding position with opportunities for ongoing training and progression. The successful applicant requires the following skills/attributes.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Confident, self-motivated with ability to work as part of a team
- Can multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Solution finding with a ‘can-do’ approach.

The Role is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £22 - £25K (negotiable depending on experience)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
