Site Warden

We are seeking a residential Site Warden for a development of 35 privately owned properties to check on the well-being of the residents, respond to emergency calls and manage the communal aspects of the development. The role will involve:

- Undertaking daily visits/ calls to all residents
- Responding to alarm calls as necessary, contacting the appropriate help and the residents next of kin.
- Maintaining records for residents for use in an emergency.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the communal lounge, guest room and laundry area.
- Managing guest room bookings and laundry monies.
- Monitoring contractors carrying out work to grounds and reporting any matters which need repair to the Managing Agent.
- Undertaking periodic alarm tests and checks
- Assiting residents in matters related to their accomodation.

You will have ideally had previous experience in a similar role and be a compassionate individual. Please note that this is a live-in position with accommodation provided. Office working hours will be 9.30am until 12.30pm, 22 days per month.
