Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage and coordinate all activities within the room
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Oversee food production and presentation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Experience in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Prior experience as a cook or in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
