Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analysing project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for fire safety systems.

**Duties**:

- Review and determine the scope of work requited following engineers visit to site
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
- Analyse labour, material, and time requirements to accurately estimate project costs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.
- Maintain records of estimates, proposals, and awarded contracts.
- Monitor actual costs versus estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle.

**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
- Knowledge of cost control techniques.

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
