HR Advisor, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Tunbridge Wells, Hybrid working on offer (circa 2 days working in the office).

I am delighted to have partnered with an established and reputable organisation based in Tunbridge Wells to help them recruit a HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract. This organisation are market leaders in their industry and pride themselves in providingan insightful solution that represents the best value for individuals and businesses.

As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Manager and will work as part of a small close-knit team to provide pragmatic, bespoke and business focused HR solutions. Within the HR team this role is integral to the achievement of the teams objectives, andcompanies people strategy and business plan.

Within your remit you will look after circa 140 support staff across two offices and will be accountable for providing effective and customer-focused HR Services, supporting all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement. This is a fast paced avaried role where such duties will include recruitment and selection, employee relation matters, performance management as well as hands-on exposure to project work.

To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background operating as a HR Generalist, ideally within a professional services environment. You will be able to work autonomously and have the natural ability to ask questions, confidently challengeand influence to achieve the best results.
