**Job description**:
Summary

The Greeter role at Media Arts Lab is a fun and exciting opportunity to work within a friendly and creative office. The Greeter will be reporting into the Office Manager and part of the wider Office Services team. We are looking for someone who has a friendly demeanour, strong organisational skills, an eagerness to assist colleagues and visitors, as well as ensuring the reception runs smoothly and effectively.

The Work:

- Greet and welcome all staff, clients and visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
- Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems.
- Log credit card receipts and submit monthly expense report through AX.
- Maintain visitor, employee and department directories and logs.
- Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Organise the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations and travel for staff.
- Plan, organise and coordinate the Thursday All Agency lunches.
- Order office and kitchen supplies on request & approval of Finance.
- Order couriers on approval of Finance.
- Process invoices in a timely manner.
- Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
- Work with the Office Manager to organise company events, get togethers etc.
- Ensure meeting rooms have tea, coffee, etc. set up for client meetings and interviews.
