- **What you'll do**_

The Finance Lead is a senior member of the management team and will be responsible for the financial reporting, the financial delivery and strategy delivery of the division. As the Finance Lead you will have strong relationship management skills for developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholders. You will be passionate about continuous improvement, take a lead in challenging stakeholders, target setting and performance management.

Additional responsibilities:

- Compile timely and reliable month and year end closing data
- Managing Cost Control
- Provide financial information to and actively advise the management team
- Compile required data for budget and forecast based on demonstrated performance
- Support & Challenge the senior leadership on financial performance and improvement strategy
- **About you**_
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ideally 5+ years post qualified
- Proven management experience in a commercial environment
- Experience of business partnering & challenging senior stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging or construction sectors and using an ERP system would be beneficial

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
