Store Manager

**We are looking for a full-time practice manager**to manage two busy practices in Cardigan and Hendy Gwynn**
- **Both practices are located just a short walk away from local transport links with on-site parking at the Hendy Gwynn practice**
- **They offer a mix of NHS and private treatments including Teeth Whitening and Invisalign and there is lots of potential to grow the private revenue even further**
- **mydentist are continually investing into their practices and there are exciting growth projects coming up in the area for future career development**

**As a Practice Manager, your role will include**:

- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
