Office Administrator

**Duties**:

- HR & other general data entry and filing
- Manage inventory of office supplies, printing consummables & PPE
- Prepare letters, contracts and other documents when required
- Organise meetings and keep company calendar up to date
- Print and summarise weekly staff timesheets ready for payroll run
- Maintain level of care staff paperwork so its always available
- Complete regular audits of service user plans, daily care sheets etc and update Registered Manager with any issues
- Other Ad-Hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in an office administration role preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work alone, multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Good general IT skills
