Adecco are proud to recruit for an Executive Assistant to work in a successful growing business based in Carnforth.

Location: Carnforth

**Salary**: £30,000-£35,000 pa

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing the highest level of discretion on a comprehensive range of tasks
- Attendance at meetings (some out of hours required due to Global Role) - US & AUS
- Detailed notes of meetings
- Ensuring run of meetings throughout the departments is happening
- Assisting in the project managing of Key Projects and making sure progress is being made
- Assisting in ad hoc research
- Managing Directors electronic diaries
- Co-ordinating meetings with multiple diaries and time zones (globally)
- Managing EMT
- Organising travel for the EMT Team (national & international)
- Management Support incl. organising of meetings / schedules for the year
- Ad-hoc project support
- Assisting with the booking of lunches and room prep for visitors
