Patersons Quarries are an independent quarrying company based in Coatbridge, we have sites across the central belt of Scotland and supply a wide range of quarry products, readymix concrete, concrete blocks and concrete bricks. As part of our group, we also own and operate Gartsherrie Engineering Ltd, Patersons Waste Management, Palmaris Services, Stratiis IT & Route 74 Truckstop.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join our team. As a Yard Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to groundskeeping and garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work with both hand and power tools.

You will be required to work at various sites within the Group.

Duties
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, weeding, and trimming
- Help with planting, growing, and maintaining gardens
- Operate hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance
- Assist in the cleanup and organisation of the yard area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Please note that this is a general job description and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
