**We're looking for an experienced, professional Administrator to join our busy HR department and to provide effective reception, telephone and administration. The position will also provide administrative support to the Management Team as required.**

**The ability to speak Italian would be highly advantageous**

**MAIN TASKS**
- Meet and greet all visitors and support a favorable, professional view of the organisation.
- Provide a diary management and administrative service to the Managing Director as required.
- Organise and manage all meeting rooms
- Receive all telephone calls and pass to appropriate person with a consistent level of service.
- Receive and pass messages accurately and effectively
- Organise visitors and management lunches / refreshments as required
- Organise postal and delivery services including Customer samples
- Order and replenish company stationery and consumables.
- Ensure office photocopy machines are supplied with paper and toner and act as the co-ordinate service to photocopier and vending machines.
- Liaise with Cleaning contractors to ensure cleaning supplies are maintained and to co-ordinate service needed to company rental properties
- Arrange and assist with Travel & Accommodation Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
