Sytner Group are currently looking for a technical and solution orientated individual to join the Service Delivery Team, responsible for the group ServiceNow instance

Currently the group uses ServiceNow for Service Delivery, IT procurement, recruitment and colleague on-boarding.

The role will involve administrating the platform and working within the Service Delivery function to enhance our current capability and service offering.

**About the role**

As a ServiceNow Administrator, your role will involve being responsible for the administration of new and existing platform capability and projects, supporting the ServiceNow Lead with the day-to-day maintenance, processing business as usual requests, incident investigation, management and configuration of the platform.

Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance
- Manage task queue as part of business-as-usual activities
- Manage existing service catalogue and add new or amend existing catalogue items and associated workflows
- Investigation and troubleshooting of incidents and requests relating to ServiceNow and its capabilities
- Maintenance and contribution to the Knowledgebase
- Analyse and communicate any risks and problems and escalate where appropriate
- Distribute information to key stakeholders appropriately regarding project and team status
- Measure and report on platform performance
- Maintain team administration tasks and standards documentation

Key Skills
- Previous demonstrable working experience of ServiceNow ITSM and its capabilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, time management and analytical skills
- Demonstrable working knowledge of ServiceNow workflow and flow designer
- Good Understanding of ITIL and its processes
- A calm and collected approach to dealing with unforeseen problems
- Strong desire to learn and adopt new skills and techniques, be open to challenges and thrive on success
- A Technically minded individual with a high level of PC literacy

Desirable Skills
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Scripting languages such as PowerShell and JavaScript and use of API’s such as REST or SOAP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Previous working knowledge of DocuSign is highly advantageous
