**What is the Role?**

At SSE Airtricity we work with a number of tactical and strategic partners to leverage our brand and sales channels to generate residential energy leads and deliver domestic sales. Working with these partners we secure new routes to market and opportunities to promote SSE Airtricity offers to customers.

We have an exciting role in Home Energy for a New Channels Sales Specialist who will support our partners as they generate energy leads and deliver domestic sales. This is a varied role that will give you the opportunity to work both with internal stakeholders across SSE's Home Energy business, and also SSE Airtricity partner companies, giving insight and exposure to external businesses at varying levels of management across different sectors of industry.

In addition to the above, your key accountabilities will include:
- Daily and weekly leads / sales reports, monthly trackers on product / costs, and bespoke reports as required, both for SSE and for 3rd parties
- Provide 3rd party account support in relation to fees, commissions, purchase orders, invoicing, reporting and fulfilment of offers
- Prepare and submit documentation to Approvals in support of partner propositions / new customer journeys / new partners.
- Oversee all references to SSE Airtricity on partner collateral and / or websites, working closely with the SSE Marketing and Digital teams
- Support fulfilment of customer offers, and sales staff incentives as required
- Maintain and work within the context of New Channels Risk Register, liaising with Sales Assurance as required e.g. audits
- Manage customer complaints for channel, liaising with Escalations or Sales Complaints Teams through to resolution

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- A good understanding of the energy industry and services with a particular focus on Domestic Retail Sales
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to exercise good judgement with mínimal supervision and work effectively in a team environment
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks, issues and opportunities and be able to meet tight deadlines and deliver on KPI targets
