Adecco are proud to recruit for a Front of House staff to work in a successful growing business based in Carnforth.

**Location**: Carnforth

**Salary**: £22,000 - 25,000 pa

**About the Role**:

- Welcoming clients, contacts, customers and the team
- Answering phone and directing calls in to relevant department/sales sectors and taking messages
- Managing the company car fleet and travel for all staff
- Taking accurate messages and promptly relaying them onto relevant department/sales sectors
- Maintaining visitor security procedures (guest logs, etc)
- Ordering office supplies
- Ordering of branded stationery and products for Carnforth Managing Car Fleet
- Booking and Managing Servicing o Booking and Managing MOTs
- Buying and Selling New Vehicles o Updating Insurance with new and old cars
- Booking all train tickets for staff using trainline
- Booking all international travel tickets and hotels o Booking all visitors to Carnforth hotels/trains/tickets
- Assisting with the booking of lunches and room prep for visitors
- Being the point of contact with cleaners for direction and consumables
- Liaising with couriers as and when required
