**Planner**

Our Bakkavor site in Highbridge, which is one of our four Desserts sites specialises in Cheesecake and Tarts, working closely with our sister site in Devizes that specialise in baked goods..

**As a Planner your responsibilities will be as below;**
- Producing daily accurate production plans, utilising daily stock levels, customer forecasts, material, and labour availability to meet demand, minimising waste and maximising efficiency.
- Analysing customer forecasts and orders within capacity constraints recognising outliers and communicating challenges within the planning team and wider business.
- Maintaining finished goods stocks levels onsite and third-party locations for daily demands and promotional activity.
- To provide accurate and timely business KPI’s, Planning and Manufacturing reports.
- To escalate and communicate service risks & issues internally.
- Maintaining Master Data to ensure accurate outputs from planning systems.
- Liaising with cross functional departments for forward planning and continuous improvements while maintaining Technical and H&S requirements.

**It is essential that you have;**
- 3 years’ experience in planning in a FMCG environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
- The ability to see tasks through to completion and work under pressure.
- To be numerate and detailed.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- To manage own time effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of BOM’s, ERP and WMS systems.
