As a Vehicle Handover Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' car delivery experience is exceptional from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate Handovers: You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating vehicle handovers with customers, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are prepared and ready for delivery.
- Customer Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to customers during the handover process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Guide them through the features and functionalities of their new vehicle to ensure a smooth transition.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to handover, ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet all quality standards. Identify and report any issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all required documents, including vehicle registrations, insurance, and warranty information, are accurately completed and compliant with legal regulations.
- Follow-Up and Feedback: Maintain regular communication with customers after the handover to ensure their satisfaction. Address any post-delivery concerns promptly and seek feedback to improve our service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive features and functions.
- Familiarity with vehicle registration and documentation processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**

£20,000 basic salary with OTE £24,000 p/a

**Hours**

You will be working five and a half days a week, including weekends on a rota.

**Experience**

Previous Automotive sales experience is desirable. However, if you have proven sales experience in a customer-centric role from a different industry and have the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential within the motor trade, we can provide you with the training you need to make a successful switch.
