**Job Description** Customer**
- Build relationships with customers, artwork houses and printers to ensure effective project delivery.
- Work cross functionally with NPD, Brand, and our manufacturing sites to ensure that all specifications and artworks are accurate.
- To support the information for internal specifications and their verification.

**Specifications and artworks**
- Provide accurate specifications that meet customer requirements
- Accurate sign off of customer artworks

**Regulatory and legislation**
- Support the business with advice on food legislation, regulations' and nutritional matters.
- Write electronic finished product private label and brand specifications & manage the artwork process for the sites. Checking and signing of artwork and packaging as required in line with critical paths, customer and legal requirements.
- To assist with any Customer requests and information requirements.

Provide the sites with relevant information on legislation, regulations and export/import requirements

**Qualifications** Qualifications and knowledge**
- Experience in retailer specifications systems/portals
- Experience in approving customer artwork.

**Desired but not Essential**
- Degree or equivalent in Food Science or related discipline or appropriate experience.

**Qualities and Experience**
- Great at building relationships internally and externally
- Diligent and attention to detail
- A drive to succeed and “hands on” approach.
- Good understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Microsoft Computer literate

**Additional Information**
33 days holiday (25 plus 8 Statutory Holidays)

Initially Office Based with a view to future Hybrid Working.
