**About the Role**:
The Head of Network Operations - Network Services will oversee our Network Operations Center (NOC), including helpdesk engineers, the Projects team, the Technical Operations team (comprising senior network engineers and developers), the warehouse team, and field service engineers.

This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, driving customer satisfaction, and enhancing delivery times across all departments. The Head of Network Operations will also manage key relationships with subcontractors for installations, surveys, and break-fix services on sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the NOC, Projects team, Technical Operations team, warehouse team, and field service engineers.
- Serve as a part of the customer escalation process, ensuring prompt resolution of high-priority issues.
- Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all departments.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with subcontractors, overseeing installations, surveys, and break-fix operations.
- Evaluate and adapt processes as necessary to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Promote individual growth within the team, identifying opportunities for career progression and skill development.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the operations department, ensuring resource optimization.
- Report directly to the Sales and Operations Director, providing regular updates on department performance, challenges, and achievements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred
- Proven experience in operational management within a technology or networking environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in network operations and project management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experience in process improvement and implementation of best practices in operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
