Credit Analyst

The Query Analyst Inbound will have the following duties:

- Managing inbound calls from a variety of clients
- Resolving any disputes where necessary
- Updating information on relevant systems
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is of a high standard

The successful Query Analyst inbox Administrator will:

- Have a good understanding of GDPR
- Experience of working in a call centre and dealing with high volume calls
- Good IT knowledge
- Good communication skills, verbally and written
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy

08:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch
