Ashwood are a family run business based in Cramlington, Northumberland and hold a large amount of grounds maintenance contracts across the North East. Looking for a competent, enthusiastic and reliable person who enjoys working outdoors, must have previous experience as a groundsman or skilled in hands on work. With an eye for detail to deliver work to the highest standard.

You will work as part of a team carrying out grounds maintenance across schools and businesses - this will include, but not be limited to, grass cutting (hand mowers/ride ons), strimming, hedge cutting as well as winter maintenance (gritting, snow clearing).

You must be able to work within a team and as an individual.

IMPORTANT: Must have full driving license and previous grounds maintenance experience.

Schedule:

- Average working week - 36.5 hours on average - 45 hours in the summer season, 20 hours in the winter season. Paid the same wage throughout.
