**Clinical Deputy Manager**

HealthWorks are partnering with a leading national care provider to appoint a Clinical Deputy in the Norfolk, Swaffham area for one of their overall rated **OUTSTANDING** nursing homes.

Salary starting from £43,680 p/a - plus bonus for meeting KPIs.

This is a medium-sized home set in beautiful grounds providing respite, nursing, palliative, residential care and younger adults with learning disabilities.

This position will suit either an experienced Clinical Deputy or a Staff Nurse looking to step up to a management position.

(RGN/RMN) - Must have NMC pin.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the day to day running of the service and leading the clinical performance of the home
- Lead a team of people to provide outstanding care
- Provide support, supervision, and mentoring to the team
- Ability to support the service to remain compliant with all regulations surrounding Health and Social Care
- Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance
