Restaurant Receptionist

As a Restaurant Receptionist at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the restaurant, lounges and bar as well as hosting all of our guests and residents for all services.

**Primary Responsibilities Include**
- Assisting our guests with the menus and menu recommendations through the art of storytelling
- Meet and greet our dining guests and residents
- Preparing lunch and dinner guest lists, table allocations and menus for service
- Working closely with the Kitchen and Pastry teams to ensure the best service is received by our guests and the correct information is provided at all times

- Previous work experience in a luxury, fine-dining restaurant (preferable but not necessary)
- Basic knowledge of food and drink
- Previous experience liaising with guests
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude with a passion for people
- Naturally helpful, warm and approachable
- High standards of personal presentation
