Malhotra Group PLC are currently recruiting for a full time Fees Senior Credit Controller to work within the fast paced Finance Department at Head Office. The role is a permanent position based in our modern Head Office in Grey Street, Newcastle with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport.

**The role**

Reporting to the Fees Manager, you will be the Senior Credit Controller within the Fees Credit Control team which has responsibility for the collection of debt and administration of fees for our care home portfolio. The role mainly entails chasing unpaid residents’ fees in a timely manner and processing claims for payment from Local Authorities.

**Your profile**

This role would be ideally suited to someone who has a background in credit control, has worked in the Care sector previously, and has experience of working in a fast paced environment.

You will have a positive attitude as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Also, you should be able to work with accuracy with a strong attention to detail and have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your tasks, together with the ability to ensure that processes and procedures are followed.

You will be numerate with good teamworking and problem solving skills, besides proficient IT skills along with a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
