- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Delivering through your team the daily execution of the finite plan for Liquid and Solid supply. Ensure ‘on time delivery’ by maintaining close

communication with the appropriate Transport & Liquid / Moulding & Manufacturing staff- Ensure that the production plan is signed off by all relevant stakeholders and that the plan is released on time.
- Trouble-shooting issues at the root cause, to ensure smooth day-to-day running of your area
- Ensure the team assess and communicate the impact of predicted plan attainment on customer service and ensure that expected

obsolete/over stocks/stock shortages are clearly communicated and understood- Ownership for all planned downtime including the process for trials, planned maintenance and housekeeping
- Review our future operational capacity from demonstrated outputs and planned run rates.
- Ensure demand of Liquid Stock Transfer orders to other Barry Callebaut Group sites within Europe are fulfilled when requested
- Forecast agreed capacity vs demand: planning ahead to deliver seasonal peaks, including liaising with other teams to ensure sufficient

manufacturing capacity is secured for the future- Oversee optimization of the tank farm. Support implementation of improvements within the planning processes/systems - Make-to-stock for

high volume liquid customers. VMI/JIT solutions where applicable.- Responsible to ensure appropriate solid stock levels at the UK shipping point for intercompany and domestic distribution flows
- Responsibility for the maintenance of master data relating to planning rates, tank farm capacity and capability
- Oversee the process is adhered to for customer order lead times and volumes. Enforce the internal processes and guidelines.
- Conduct rough cut capacity planning and lead conversations with network partners to find solutions for overloads
- Own the process of providing the business with “one plan” made up from short term finite plans and RCCP by week for the rolling 26 weeks.

To include demand/campaign peaks, maintenance/hygiene outages, project and NPD outages.- Create and provide daily reporting for customers to provide visibility of chocolate ready times.
- Working closely with your immediate colleagues to ensure inbound materials are in place and outbound logistics are planned appropriately.
- Developing and coaching your direct team and related functions to share knowledge, best practices and ways-of-working for the future
- Deliver performance with KPI’s, Report daily outputs together with weekly summaries showing volume and cost variances against plan.

- REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS- Degree or equivalent in a logistics/planning discipline
- 3+ years’ experience of working within a production planning role
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, SAP and related planning tools (APO,SAP) OMP experience preferred but not essential
- Intermediate / advanced excel / google sheets
