Distribution Warehouse Operatives

iSupply Group are excited to be hiring Warehouse operatives for our busy client in Amesbury who are offering a bonus scheme for new starters.
- You have no more than 2 periods of absence, totalling no more than 4 days sickness absence:

- If you have more than 2 periods of absence or 4 days of sickness absence, you will not receive the bonus
- If any period of AWOL is recorded you will not receive the bonus
- Time Keeping - If you have more than 3 occasions of lateness greater than 15 minutes within the period, you will not receive the bonus

**New Starters**
- Successful completion of a 12-week probationary period.
- You have no more than 2 periods of absence, totalling no more than 4 days sickness absence:

- If you have more than 2 periods of absence or 4 days of sickness absence, you will not receive the bonus
- If any period of AWOL is recorded you will not receive the bonus
- Time Keeping - If you have more than 3 occasions of lateness greater than 15 minutes within the period, you will not receive the bonus

**Payment**:

- Payments will be paid by mid February 2023 (£360) to allow time for collation and submission to payroll
- All payments will be pro rata for those on part time or flexible working contracts.
- If you are serving notice or have left the business, you will not be eligible to receive payment.
- Retention payments are non-pensionable

**SHIFT - 06:00 - 16:30**

4 on 3 off rota

**Salary**: £10.25-£15.37 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amesbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
