Do you have what it takes to support the management teams in our luxurious Spa and Leisure departments with your excellent administrative, organisational and secretarial skills?

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR **
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our fantastic team
As well as a professional, friendly manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills gained through experience in a similar role.
In order to deliver an exceptional five star service, it is also important that you are willing to learn, respond quickly to ever changing circumstances and be comfortable both behind the scenes and talking to our guests.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO **
You will keep impeccable records for the teams, improving on systems where you can, ensuring all data is correct, easily accessible and helps the Spa and Leisure teams to provide the very best service to our guests whilst at the same time helping to maximise sales for the departments. You will be organised and able to work in a busy environment, using your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to aid the smooth running of the department skills. Knowledge and skill in Word, Excel and Teams is essential.

The 170-bedroom Parkgate Hotel was opened in the city centre of Cardiff in Autumn 2021 in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second Tŷ Hotel opened its doors at Milford Waterfront in the Spring of 2022 in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven.
