**Data Analyst (Christian Ministry)**

**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.

**Hours**: The role is full time working 40 hours per week.

**Place of work**: You will work primarily from our client’s office in central Kent, UK with occasional visits to customer sites or other locations.

You will join a growing specialist business consultancy providing strategic insights and operating as a faith-based enterprise.

As a member of our client’s Insights Team, you will build on your existing research skills and experience to develop unique insights using cutting edge technologies to analyse data.

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Excellent education results.
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in qualitative and quantitative data analytics delivering research projects.
- Practical experience in understanding clients’ needs in order to design and execute effective research methodologies and writing.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong ability to work in teams.

**Any of the following skills will be useful in your work as a Data Analyst**:

- Data science techniques and tools.
- Systematic review skills.
- Social media analysis and strategy.
- Mathematics and statistical analysis.
- Market research.
- Presentation design including data visualisation.
- Knowledge of or experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in foreign languages.
- Client relationship management.

**Ministry Development**

As well as developing your practical skills, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive ministry training programme which includes:

- Training modules providing a Biblical foundation for your work-based ministry.
- A marketplace ministry peer mentoring programme in which colleagues support each other in their ministry growth.

**N.B. There is an occupational requirement for the Data Analyst to have an active personal commitment to the Christian faith.** Permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
