**Salary**:£20,950 (pro-rata) & Bonus Scheme
**What will my role look like?**
We have an opportunity available for an efficient Part-Time Administrator to join us In this role you will be an essential member of our Property Department, you will provide dedicated support our management team and perform a wide range of financial andprofessional administrative tasks.
This opportunity is ideal for a productive individual who is good with numbers, the role involves finance duties such as; issuing purchase orders, making payments and managing invoices. You will also help with coordinating diaries & meetings, updating propertyschedules and corresponding with internal teams & external consultants.
**The role is based at our head office in Blackburn and you will be contracted to 3 days per week Monday-Friday, we can accommodate preferred shift patterns.**
**What would my main responsibilities be?**
- Updating and amending property schedules
- Issuing purchase orders to external consultants
- Managing diaries of team members
- Making payments to consultants and statutory authorities
- Managing invoices in a timely manner
- Answering telephone calls and supporting with queries
- Responding to queries issued by senior business management
This list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to time.
Although some administration experience is desired, it is not essential as we will provide full training. The role involves handling confidential and important documentation, therefore we are looking for a professional individual who has a keen eye for detail& works well with numbers.
You need to be proficient in excel and a strong communicator who can liaise with senior management teams and external partners. The ability to effectively organise & prioritise workload is an essential attribute we desire.
