**Post Title**: Section Head (Exams, Awards, Graduation and Student Cases Team)**SBU/Department**: Academic Registry**FTE**: 1.0fte (working 37 hours per week)**Duration of Contract**: Permanent**Salary**: UH7 £36,333 - £39,592 pa with potential to progress to £43,155 pa on achieving designated skills and experience**Location**: Bishops Square, Hatfield, University of Hertfordshire**Main duties and responsibilities**
- To provide high-level support to the Associate Director with the management of processes relating to the University’s Examinations, Awards, Graduation Ceremonies, Exceptional Circumstances, Appeals, Academic Misconduct and Fitness to Practice (FtP) activities.-
**Skill and experience required**- You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible in time and in workload to support effective team working, and to facilitate seamless customer service to everyone that you work with. You will need to have attention to detail and good IT skills, and you will have excellent communications skills in working effectively with key individuals.**Qualifications required**
