We are now looking for a Workforce Planning Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.**

**The Role**
**As a Workforce Planning Officer, you will support social services within 22 local authorities and the wider care sector with a range of workforce planning activities.
Lead projects and programmes of work, you will support the capabilities of workforce planning managers to ensure social services across Wales can meet demand.
You will develop and implement a range of workforce planning tools, techniques and resources that meet the development needs of the sector.
Additionally, you’ll provide guidance and advice at a national, regional and local level to support the delivery of innovative and consistent approaches to workforce planning.**About You**
**To be considered as a Workforce Planning Officer, you will need:

- Experience developing workforce plans
- Experience working within a workforce and organisational development role
- Experience leading and managing complex projects and/or programmes of work
- Experience leading and implementing change at an organisational or national level
- Experience developing programmes of engagements
- Knowledge of approaches to workforce planning
- At a minimum, a degree or equivalent vocational qualification
