**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the entirety of the Dry Hire equipment booking process, taking enquiries and preparing quotes, liaising with the Operations and Warehouse managers to fulfill the requests, ensuring that customer service standards are maintained and continually improved.
- Providing assistance to the Project Management team, producing documentation for the department including equipment preparation lists, liaising with the warehouse manager to arrange the prep. Taking care of crew logistics, rig plots, CAD drawings and website enquiries.
- Providing support for the Operations Manager with logistics, including locating equipment, organising sub hires to cover equipment shortages, booking trucks and drafting carnets.
- Maintain and continually improve customer service. As a client-facing member of staff act as point of expertise, advising on technical, product and procedural matters.
- Identify ways to increase income generation and improve cost effectiveness.
- Ensure all financial procedures are followed. To include, agreeing price for service, confirming booking and advising accounts department.
- Ensure that the Dry Hire process is continually reviewed to ensure the companies exposure to risk is reduced.

**Level of education**:

- Educated to industry related degree level or equivalent is desirable

**Requirements**:

- Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
- Right to work and remain in the UK

**Requested skills**:

- Self motivated, with initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure - the role is pivotal to the smooth running of the department and dealing with customers.
- Prior experience of pro-audio and basic knowledge of pro-audio equipment is essential.
- Able to interact with people of all professional levels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Knowledge of CAD packages (AutoCAD, Vectorworks & SketchUp), 3D prediction and database software will be looked upon favorably.
- Experience of working within a similar role would be advantageous
