Material Handler

M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Material Handlers to join one of UK’s largest Logistics Company based in Crawley.

**Main duties/responsibilities**
- Executing and enforcing safety / security protocols daily.
- Coordinating all forward and reverse deliveries and receiving/shipping orders.
- Conducting regular cycle counts ensuring the inventory management system is up to date and accurate at all times.
- Executing stock rebalancing, performing daily check on inventory adjustments, completing fulfilment rates
- Reverse logistics - processing RMA and conducting inventory sweeps.
- Server rack deployment - receiving and populating server racks with pre-fabricated components.
- Maintaining client relationships.
- Adhering to working standards as per work instructions and working to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Assisting and supporting clients with AD HOC needs and requests.

Ability to travel to other locations as and when required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

**Desired and Preferred Skills**
- Warehouse experience.
- Experience on WH Management Systems.
- Experience handling client relationships.
- Residing within commutable distance from location.

5 GCSEs or equivalent, preferably English, Maths and IT

**Working Hours are Monday to Friday**08:30 - 17:00
