**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Stylist to join our esteemed team at Elem Guildford. The Junior Stylist will assist stylists and salon management in providing high-quality hair styling services to our discerning clientele. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior stylists in all aspects of hair styling services, including shampooing, conditioning, cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring that workstations and equipment are sanitized and in optimal condition.
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service by attending to their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout their salon experience.
- Learn and implement salon techniques and procedures under the guidance of senior stylists, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling through ongoing training and education, and actively contribute to the creative vision of the salon.
- Assist in promoting salon products and services to clients, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Uphold salon standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a salon environment is preferred but not required.
- Passion for the beauty and fashion industry, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
