**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage large financial and strategic projects through understanding business and technical requirements, model development, database management, and business intelligence analysis.
- Liaise with and challenge key stakeholders to understand business requirements. Design and build business appropriate solutions to support.
- Develop and work to roadmaps of analytics and reporting requests from across the finance functions, focusing on projects that maximise finance and efficiency savings.
- Create bespoke financial models and databases using data management, transformation, and automation.
- Maintain the data lake and build processes that enable non-technical users to load data sources that update built models within a software platform.
- Build interactive, self-serve dashboards using Tableau and provide training to the business on how to use.
- Possess 2 years' experience in a business intelligence role.
- Have experience with Tableau or similar, Advanced Excel, relational databases (SQL), Python (or other programming languages) and ETL processes.
- Be comfortable communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders of all levels and have proven experience of using data to implement change.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations as well as prioritise and structure of workload.
