**The role of Social Inclusion Coordinator will include**:

- Supporting the manager with administrative duties, relating to the day to day functioning of the service
- Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking
- Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments
- Welcoming visitors and callers
- Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff and key stakeholders
- Dealing with emergencies on occasion
- Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events

**Skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
