**Main duties**:

- To develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- To generate repeat business where possible.
- To work on marketing properties to prospective buyers.
- To actively canvass the local area and prepare marketing material for properties.

**Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience**:
Full UK Driving License

Property/Estate Agency Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hunger to learn and succeed
