**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate equipment used to polish precise components to company standards.
- Bright polish and satin polish various components.
- De-burr, degrease & clean all parts.
- Operating finishing machinery.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- First off inspection.

**Polisher Skills and Experience**:

- Polishing experience required, Jewellery industry desirable.
- Precision Engineering background working with tight tolerances.
- Read complex engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Inspection of finished parts experience.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety.
- PC Literate.

**Competencies and personal attributes**:

- Self-motived, sets high standards an effectively prioritises.
- Good dexterity, a practical nature, meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills.
- Able to communicate well, both orally and in written English.
