**Company description**

A small and growing international accountancy and corporate services business which has clients in several parts of the world. We look after many really interesting people and the work has immense variety. It would be good if we can appoint someone who can speak any of the following languages in addition to English - Italian or Cantonese or Mandarin. We have a great working atmosphere, with lots of laughter during the day - as well as lots of hard work. We look for someone who wants to improve their skills as a high-quality book-keeper and company administrator. We would expect you to know your debits from your credits; quite a bit about Payroll; and something about VAT. Ideally, you will have had experience using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero. You will be offered membership of the Company's Private Health Insurance scheme (a good one, by the way) and the usual company work-place pension - which our company actually tops up a little more than most others.

**Job description**
- Bookkeeping - mostly allocating entries into accounting systems and/or checking entries already made by automated bank feeds
- Payroll Processing
- VAT return preparations using automated systems
- Company Secretarial system support - filing documents at Companies House
- Credit Control - chasing up clients who have not paid their fees
- Business administration - taking on new clients and looking after the existing ones takes administrative flair and skill, as does keeping the office going - checking printers, contracts with suppliers and the back-up archiving systems
- We are happy to consider part-time - 3 days a week for example - or full-time. The salary range quoted is for full-time employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 23 - 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
