We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Battersea. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our phones and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering multi-line incoming calls in a professional manner
- Screening calls and taking messages for the appropriate staff member
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office
- Making refreshments for guests and directing them appropriately
- Handling queries and complaints via phone with professionalism and efficiency
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Property company or estate agency experience would be beneficial
- Immediate availability for an immediate start date
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
