The post holder will need to be creative, flexible, able to form relationships with children, young people and families, have fun, able to work on their own initiative, driven, and most importantly want to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.

**What you can expect to be doing**:
This post will lead on developing and sustaining meaningful relationships with children and their families and to gather and provide feedback to the multi-agency Partnership.

The Pan-Dorset Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (PDSCP) in Dorset is committed to ensuring that the views and experiences of children, young people, parents and or carers is used to inform service design and development and to provide feedback on areas where we can do better.

**About you**:
As part of this Dorset Council has created this new post for an initial period of 12 months (this could also be a secondment opportunity with your manager's approval). This is an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the role to ensure that you are talking to the people that really count.

This post requires significant travel. You must have a vehicle (or transport we deem suitable) available for use as needed.
