**Job Description**:
**As a Night Porter, you will...**
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Assist FOH and BOH team with various tasks
- Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
- You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
- In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Keep the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include setting tables, tidying and general maintenance as providing excellent customer service to any guest requirements during the evening.
